Aamir Khan Reading Mahabharata At The Aiport And It Seems Another Big Project Is In The Pipeline

Aamir Khan aka Mr. Perfectionist upcoming movie “Thugs of Hindostan’ is a big-budget movie made under the Yash Raj banner. This film is also starrer Amitabh Bachchan, Katrina Kaif and Fatima Sana Sheikh in an important role. However, it is slated to release in November.

Well, the actor is currently spotted at the Mumbai airport reading the Indian mythology Mahabharata today. Aamir Khan is going to make a film based on ‘Mahabharat’ and the pictures of him reading the book confirmed that he has started preparing for the project. In a denim blue shirt and brown pair of trousers, he was snapped by the photographers with holding a book titled ‘The Condensed Mahabharata of Vyasa’.

A leading daily earlier reported that Indian business tycoon Mukesh Ambani is ready to produce the film and give Aamir Rs. 1000 crore to make Mahabharata. Since everyone is just questioning is the Ambani will go to start their production house?

On the other hand, Aamir has said, “I am a huge fan of Rajamouli’s work and if he ever plans to make Mahabharata, I’d love to play Krishna or Karna. I might actually go with Krishna.” There is also some source saying that he had left many projects just to completely focus on ‘Mahabharata’ and added, “Aamir declined a few good offers to focus on the film based on the ‘Mahabharata’. The superstar has passing up several roles including a biopic on astronaut Rakesh Sharma and another film on music mogul Bhushan Kumar.”

He added during the promotion of Secret Superstar, “My dream project is to make the Mahabharata but I’m afraid of starting the project as I know it will consume at least 15-20 years of my life. My favourite character is Karna, but I don’t know if I’ll be able to play him due to my physique. I may just have to play Krishna. I also liked the character of Arjun. He was the only person who asked Krishna why he had to kill his own people.”
