Actor Liliput Faruqui opens up on his journey in Bollywood, says “I feel unfortunate as people don’t treat me as an actor”

Actor M. M. Faruqui also well known by his screen name Liliput will be seen in an upcoming short film with the name, ‘Life is short, co-starring with Tanisha Mukherjee. He is also well known for his comic role in the 90s serial ‘Dekh Bhai Dekh’. He has also been a part of many movies.

Recently, in an interview with photojournalist Viral Bhayani, actor Liliput opened up on his acting career.

He expressed his emotional thoughts on his journey, he said “I am not satisfied or happy with my journey of cinema and industry life. I still feel that I am not being liked by the people who make an actor a star, Badshah or king. Those people never look at me as an actor or as a writer, but they looked at me only as a dwarf. And that’s why I have not got importance in the Cinema world, media or high society.
That’s because I am unfortunate… I can’t blame anyone.
He adds” But I am still hopeful that a day will come when I will also be appreciated by every class of society. Hope you will agree with me. Life is short has allowed me to show more of what I can offer to the industry so hope people like this short story its all heart and I hope the recognition comes through soon.”

Liliput was last seen in the popular web series Mirzapur season 2 playing the character of  ‘Dadda Tyagi’.
