Akshay Kumar Confirms He Is Not The Part Of Gulshan Kumar Biopic Due To Script Issues

Akshay Kumar, the actor who work hard and deliver the two-three film in a year on very good content mostly biopics has confirmed that he walked out of Gulshan Kumar’s biopic Mogul. Yes, Akshay now left the project due to issues over the script. Aamir Khan will co-produced this with T-Series. The film will be directed by Subhash Kapoor who before directed Jolly LLB.

Recently, when he was questioned about his involvement in the film, he said, “No I am not part of it. I am not doing it.” “Script pe humari thodi baat.. (We did not agree on the script),” he added.

Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh has confirmed the news and tweeted: BIG NEWS… Aamir Khan Productions and T-Series to release Gulshan Kumar biopic in Christmas 2019… Written and directed by Subhash Kapoor… Filming to begin early next year.

As per the source claimed, “Actually when the script was drafted, Bhushan Kumar wanted to run it past Rajkumar Hirani for any inputs from him. Though Hirani was busy with the post-production of Sanju, he took out time and made sure to go through the script and what he saw impressed him. So much so that he wanted Aamir also to read it. As Aamir and Hirani have had a great working relationship and shared quite a knack for storytelling, Aamir got his hands on the script and liked it.”

While, on the professional front, Akshay has numbers of the project. As he will be next seen in Rajinikanth’s 2.0 that will release on November 29 this year. “I am excited about the film. I am keeping my fingers crossed that it releases on November 29,” Akshay said. As well as, he will be seen in a film with Kareena Kapoor Khan that will be produced by Karan Johar. Houseful 4, Awara Pagal Deewana, Welcome and Hera Pheri also in the queue.

Meanwhile, lead actor and actress of the film are yet to announce. And, there is also a report that Mr. Perfectionist will play that role. Well, wait till the official confirmation.
