The actress said, “I never purchased costly things even in my teenage years because I didn’t have that much money. When I used to go to London with my mom [Soni] and sister [Shaheen], I would go to Primark [store] and shop tops for 5 or 6 pounds and I still buy my pyjamas from the same store. They’re pyjamas, how different can they be?”
Alia Bhatt even spilled the beans on her investments and said, “I don’t know much about investing, yet over the years, I’ve become keen to it. My home in Juhu, Mumbai is the very first property I purchased. I invest my money in FDs and bonds. Mutual funds are good; so, I’ve been told.”
Alia, who is a fitness freak and also a bag lover, loves spending on luxury bags and gym clothes. Her wish is to buy a private jet and a home in the mountains. The actress is also a proud owner of a house in London, which she purchased in 2018.
Talking about her work front, Alia Bhatt was last seen in Karan Johar’s Kalank in 2019. The actress has a pretty good lineup of films in her kitty as she will be seen in Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra, Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gangubai Kathiawadi and Karan Johar’s Takht.
