Amitabh Bachchan provides 50 Oxygen Concentrators to BMC

As the country suffers from the second wave of pandemic, many celebrities have been encouraged and came forward to help the patients. Bollywood Megastar Amitabh Bachchan have also been contributing to the noble cause, recently he have order 50 oxygen concentrators from Poland, with the help of government of Poland, the Mayor of the City of Wroclaw, the Ambassador of India at Warsaw and the LOT Polish Airlines it became possible to get them in less time.

Amitabh Bachchan shared that Indian consulate in Wroclaw had offered him to provide portable oxygen concentrator, he refused the help and ordered 50 oxygen concentrators from Poland, the consulate provided him with the details of the company which produces the Concentrators, the actor siad, “I immediately placed an order for 50 Oxygen Concentrators, which were blocked for me by him, since the equipment was in short supply and was being manufactured and sold out rather rapidly.” These concentrators would be distributed to Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation. He have also helped with 10 ventilators to a few hospitals in Mumbai while other 10 are on its way.
