On Tuesday Amitabh Bachchan took his social media handle to share a poem with a powerful message with moral “HOPE” to encourage citizens of our country for fighting against the COVID-19 virus. He posted a video in which he can be seen reciting a poem “Ruke na tu” by saying it was written by his father late Harivansh Rai Bachchan. But now on wednesday he posted a post to rectify his mistake that this poem was originally written by poet-lyricist Prasoon Joshi.
Now he posted the same video but with editing the part where he credited the poem and mentioned “Ruke na tu ke rachaiyta: Prasoon Joshi.”.

In the video he can be seen saying “Hope is not a strategy. The author meant to express the notion that actions are more than words. Yes, there is certain unassembled reasoning but, as many pithy saints say, hope is not a start- is often overused and we miss the very point of hope. Yes, hope alone is not a strategy, but when hope guides our actions, great things are possible.”
