Anushka Sharma Shares Her Morning Ritual With Her Fans; Tells Benefits Of Rinsing Mouth With Oil

Actress Anushka Sharma is back but this time with a special dental hygiene tip for her fans. Mrs. Kohli has suggested her fans and followers to follow oil pulling routine. On Thursday morning, she posted images from her pleasing morning.

In the pics shared by the actress, she can be witnessed putting on a colorful polka dots nightwear, playing with her furry friend, Dude, and swishing oil in her mouth.

She said that oil pulling is a popular Ayurvedic practice that is called ‘kavala’ or ‘gundusha.’ It is a dental practice that includes swishing little oil in your mouth but on an empty stomach for a few minutes and then spit. This technique is brilliant for dental cleanness & health and also spins out toxins inside the body.

In her caption, she penned, “My morning ritual of Oil pulling in the company of my sweet-smoosh-doggo Dude! As we are all using this time to take better care of our health and improve our immunity I thought of sharing this Hopefully, it will be as beneficial to you too.”

Throughout the lockdown period and currently during self-isolation, the actress has been sharing regular updates linked to her personal life. She posted selfies with partner Virat Kohli, pictures with her dog and more.

She also rolled out two web series including Paatal Lok and film Bulbbul on Amazon Prime Video and Netflix, respectively. Both the series got produced under Anushka’s production house and received praise.
