Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma is a self-declared animal lover and we too know that. Her love for animals is immense. She is quite passionate about taking care of them. Not only this, but the actress through her pet dog named Dude even promoted animal donation which many pet owners are not even aware that the donation of animal is something. Her gesture makes us respect her more.
Recently, Anushka on her Instagram account shared a picture bonding with her doggo. The pictures is indeed adorable! Also, on her birthday, the actress had made an announcement of her building an animal shelter outside Mumbai, to give homes to all stranded animals. With each day, her love for animals is increasing.
On the work front, Anushka Sharma was last seen alongside Varun Dhawan in Sui Dhaaga. The film has emerged as a winner at the box-office as it is having a special subject. Both critics and audience admired the film. The Sharat Katariya’s directorial made to the club of 100 crores.
Talking about the success of the film, Mrs. Kohli said, “I’m very happy. I’m feeling very overwhelmed because of the kind of appreciation. Like, ‘You don’t see Anushka Sharma in it. You see Mamta. That’s the biggest compliment an actor can get. My message to Adi (Aditya Chopra) and Sharat (Katariya, director) when I saw the film was, ‘I’m glad that I did the film. I’m glad that I followed your faith in me more than my own doubts in myself.”
Talking about her biggest critic, she said, “My brother. He is very honest. He really liked the film. One or two issues he had with the film he told Maneesh (Sharma, co-producer) and he had seen it much earlier. They are friends. Overall he thought, it’s a good film and he was very happy about my performance.”
In the film, Anushka played the role of Varun’s wife Mamta, talking about it, she said, “I really had to be very observant of women like Mamta. I had to understand that there are elements in me which can’t be there in Mamta, so I have to control those. And I have to enhance the ones that are more like her. Overall my expression as a person is very different. So, I had to be careful. Even when I was on set, I would not go back to the van. Just stay and sit in a particular way or go do something in the kitchen. People are writing on Twitter, ‘Everybody wants a wife like Mamta.'”
