Anushka Takes Vamika To Stadium To Cheer For Dad Virat; Fans Hope To Get A Glimpse Of Baby

Recently, Anushka Sharma got landed in the city of Ahmedabad along with her sweetie pie Vamika. The mother-daughter went there to cheer for Vamika’s daddy Virat Kohli, who is leading the India cricket squad for today’s game in contradiction of England. The match takes place in Ahmedabad’s Motera Cricket Stadium.

Virat and Anushka embraced parenthood on January 11. It appears that the cricket sensation doesn’t want to live away from his baby doll. Vamika, who is just a month old, has begun touring with her papa dearest. The cricketer was on paternity leave and gave a miss to a number of games.

When the love of Virat and Anushka’s life took birth, the star pair made a special request in front of the media people not to share any photo of their daughter. The elated mom and dad shared a pic of themselves in which they can be seen holding the little munchkin to disclose her name.

In an Instagram post, they disclosed that they have named the doll as ‘Vamika.’ An elated mommy Anushka wrote, “We have lived together with love , presence and gratitude as a way of life but this little one, Vamika has taken it to a whole new level ! Tears, laughter, worry, bliss – emotions that have been experienced in a span of minutes sometimes ! Sleep is elusive but our hearts are SO full. Thanking you all for your wishes, prayers and good energy (sic).”

On January 11, Vamika took birth at Mumbai’s Breach Candy hospixxl. Proud daddy Virat Kohli took to his personal Twitter handle to share the happiest news of his life. With a heart emoticon, Virat wrote, “We are thrilled to share with you that we’ve been blessed with a baby girl this afternoon. We thank you all for your love, prayers, and good wishes. Anushka and the baby are both healthy and we are feeling beyond blessed to start this new chapter of our lives. We hope that you can respect our privacy at this time. Love, Virat (sic).”
