Aryan Khan moves Bombay High Court to seek exemption from a weekly appearance at NCB office

As per the reports, Superstar’s son, Aryan’s Khan Lawyers moved to Bombay High Court to bring about a modification in bail terms.

Aryan Khan has filed a petition to seek an exemption from marking his attendance in the NCB (National control Bureau) office every Friday. Now the star kid wants an exemption from the same. He has sought exemption based on ten grounds as per a report published by Bar and Bench.

The argument in the petition reads, “There is no likelihood for the Mumbai police to interrogate him, no point of his attendance to their office every Friday. Another reads he is accosted by a large number of media personnel and photographed.

The star kid also stated that he is a student and he wants a dignified life and in his petition, he mentioned that he will extend his full cooperation during the investigation.

Aryan Khan was arrested after the NCB (National Control Bureau) raided a rave party on a cruise ship off Mumbai on October 2. Also, at that time, many celebrated actors of Bollywood had come in support of Shah Rukh and Aryan including, Hrithik Roshan, Raveena Tandon, Pooja Bhatt, Johnny Lever, Salman Khan, and filmmakers Zoya Akhtar and Farah Khan.
