The pandemic might have restricted us from mass movement but every Indian is fighting back with an ample amount of courage and self-belief. The crises have brought everyone closer and humanity is slowly reviving. Everyone is playing their part and our frontline workers have emerged as a warrior.

In such a situation, the role of being a public figure plays a major bit. And taking this situation as an emergency the power duo Ayushmann Khurrana and Tahira Kashyap has contributed to Maharashtra Chief Minister’s Relief Fund to help those affected by COVID-19.

Ayushmann took to his Instagram and released a joint statement with his wife Tahira saying, “We have been in the eye of the storm since last year. This pandemic has broken our hearts, made us endure pain and suffering like never before, showed us how solidarity with one another can make us handle this humanitarian crisis.

Today, again, this pandemic asks us to show fortitude, resilience and mutual support.

This is the time when we should come together as a community and care for each other. People need as much help as possible and we can all look to do our bit as we deem fit. – Tahira and Ayushmann.”
