The most awaited movie Bharat is just around the corners. The movie is set to release on this Eid. The film is being directed by Ali Abbas Zafar which stars Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif. Earlier the Bollywood diva Priyanka Chopra was also a part of the big movie but now she has walked out of the film.
Ali Abbas took the news to the Twitter and tweeted about the news that PeeCee would no longer be a part of Bharat due to a very special reason. The CEO of Reel Life Productions, Nikhil Namit told that he was a bit upset with the desi girl. He quoted, “Priyanka told us she had to exit due to her engagement, two days ago. It was a little unprofessional of her to do it so suddenly.”
Well, we can surely say that the special reason behind quitting the movie was Nick Jonas. Earlier, it was quite a disappointment when PeeCee walked out of the film due to her wedding with Nick Jonas. Ali wrote on Twitter and confirmed the news by saying, “Yes Priyanka Chopra is no more part of Bharat-The Film and the reason is very very special, she told us in the Nick of time about her decision and we are happy for her… Team Bharat wishes Priyanka Chopra loads of love and happiness for life.”
Later, this news created a lot of rumors that Salman Khan and family is being upset with Priyanka. But they all were proved wrong when Salman’s sister Arpita Khan Sharma not only attended her wedding but was also one of her bridesmaids.
Recently, Ali opened up about the entire scenario and said, “Well, well, well… there were a lot of things that she was busy with. But I’m not gonna say anything more about my Nick in time comment on Twitter. We all know the reality and the truth of the situation. As I’ve always maintained, we, as team Bharat, are extremely happy for Priyanka and where she’s in life right now.”
And when he was being asked about the reports of the fallout, he replied, “Whether it was the producers, Salman or me, as adults we understood her reasons and let her go. There’s only happiness between us. We’re friends and will always be friends.”
