Big B shares about his movie Naseeb’s climax shot on rotating set, captioned ‘Those were the days’

The megastar Amitabh Bachchan recently shared a post on his Instagram handle with a photo of his from the movie Naseeb. The stills are from the sets of the 80s famous Bollywood film Naseeb directed by Manmohan Desai. It’s been 40 years since the was releases.  Big B revealed how the climax sequence was shot on a rotating set.

Mr Bachchan is seen wearing a flashy outfit while holding a gun in his hands. The amazing fact about the movies of those times was, the entire set was created in Mumbai studio with the help of VFX. He shared the picture with a long caption that are giving all flashback and nostalgia vibes. The caption goes like, “…the matador and the gun NASEEB ..climax on rotating restaurant ..a set build at Chandivali studio ..and it rotated action scenes, drama, restaurant on fire, all..done while it rotated ..Only the great Manmohan Desai could conceive all this ..and succeed ..and we are talking the 80s VFX no CG nothing ..those were the days my friend”.

In this flashback picture, a lot of fans responded with comments, while granddaughter Navya Nanda too commented a ‘Yaaasss’ and this picture on her story. The post has reached 3.3 lakh likes as of now.

Amitabh Bachchan is currently shooting for his film ‘Goodbye’ with Neena Gupta whereas he has many films in the pipeline which includes ‘Bhramastra’ accompanied with Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt sharing screen with him.
