A report stated that both the females are in their early 20s and had just got their learning licenses.

While talking to media people, Shivangi stated that they shared the video recording on their Instagram account but it was also witnessed by the police officials, and they fined them for violating the traffic rules.

Ghaziabad SP (traffic) Ramanand Kushwaha told that the challans have been forwarded on various counts of traffic rule defilements, which comprise driving without license, doing acts at public places without consent from administrators, broken number plates and triple riding.

“We had no idea that this would snowball into a major controversy,” she was quoted as saying by the newspaper.
