Bollywood actors that charge a whopping fee to host and judge reality shows

Bollywood actors not only earn from acting but there are also several ways in which they bring home fat pay cheques. They also judge or host reality shows in which they charge a whopping fee for a single episode that will certainly make your eyes pop out. In some cases, they even make more money than what they do from their movies. Let’s take a look at these celebs and what they charge:

Amitabh Bachchan: Kaun Banega Crorepati hosted by the mega actor, Amitabh Bachchan, became one of the most popular quiz shows in India. As per the reports during the first season, Amit Ji used to charge Rs. 25 lakhs per episode which by the 11th season increased to a staggering Rs. 3.5 crore.

Shilpa Shetty: Known for her dancing skills, she judged dance reality shows like Nach Baliye, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, Zara Nachke Dikha, etc. Another one in the kitty was Super Dancer for which she made Rs. 14 crores for the very first season.

Sohail Khan: He made his appearance as a judge on Comedy Circus and reportedly charged Rs. 3 crore for every season.

Shahid Kapoor: The actor earned Rs. 1.75 crore per episode to judge the 8th season of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.

Hrithik Roshan: Known for his prowess with his dancing skills, the actor made it a point to judge a dance reality show called Just Dance, for which he charged a stupefying amount of Rs. 2 crores per episode.

Sonakshi Sinha: Apart from being an actress, Sonakshi has also judged Nach Baliye and cashed Rs. 1 crore for each episode.

Karan Johar: Karan is not only a producer but has also judged reality shows like India’s Got Talent and Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. It was reported that he took home Rs. 10 crores for every season of JDJ.

Salman Khan: Salman Khan has been hosting TV reality show Bigg Boss for a very long time now. The actor charged Rs. 6.5 crore for each episode earlier, which gradually increased to Rs. 8.5 crore per episode, that sums his total for the whole season to Rs. 200 crore.
