Arjun Kapoor one of the most eligible actors of Bollywood, whose tremendous performance we witnessed in films like Half Girlfriend, Ishqzaade, Gunday, and many more hit films has come a long way in his film career.

The actor is not only popular for his acting skills but also his physique. Once he was battling with obesity, his recent physique gives his fans fitness goals. Recently the actor posted a picture on his social media relating to his battle with obesity. He is currently working with Ashutosh Gowariker’s movie Panipat, which requires great physique and body.

Arjun revealed that he has lost 50 kilos of weight in three years and that he will keep working hard to maintain his body so that his fans also get motivated and not become a victim of body shaming as he was. Not only Arjun, but there are also many other celebrities in Bollywood who have talked about their past battles with obesity and how they tackled fat-shammers.

Sonakshi Sinha a star kid also faced obesity in her teen and has openly talked about her weight and how she gained her shape. A well-known actress showed her best performance in films like Akira, R…Rajkumar, Holiday and many more was body shammed even in the film industry. Still her jolly nature and don’t care attitude keeps her motivated and live a healthy lifestyle.

Another well-known actress Huma Qureshi, best known for her roles in movies like Badlapur, Jolly LLB, Gangs of Wasseypur and more, spoke about her experience of body shamming and bullies that “bullies will be bullies it’s up to you how you tackle them. Body shamming will always be a battle it is we who need to set better role models for young women.”

“This (body shaming) will soon become a past. Everything comes in phases. If you yourself are not comfortable about your body, do something about it. If you are comfortable, let it be. Other people have no right to comment anyway,” said Parineeti Chopra who also knows a thing or two about body shaming.

Another Bollywood actress Vidya Balan, who has been deemed ‘Fat’ by her critics responded by saying, “I can’t change my body type. But I can change the way I feel about my body. And most days I feel absolutely sexy… of course, if I am not having a bad hair day!”
