Together, Housefull 4, Bala, and Marjaavaan are lighting up the box office currently, giving ample choice to movie buffs.
All three of these movies have done exceptional business so far, keeping the money registers ringing. Housefull 4 has become one of the highest-grossing films of 2019, in particular. The movie which stars Akshay Kumar, Kriti Sanon, Kriti Kharbanda, Bobby Deol, and Riteish Deshmukh in lead roles has collected more than Rs. 203 crores at the box office so far.
All of this, despite the fact that critics bashed the film for its weak scriptwriting. It could be a classic case of having too many stars in 1 film who altogether in one direction to make Housefull 4 superhit film despite its average reviews.
On the other end of the spectrum, there is Ayushmann Khurrana’s film Bala, which has been hailed by critics as a unique concept in Indian cinema. The movie directed by Amar Kaushik stars Bhumi Pednekar and Yami Gautam in lead roles alongside Ayushmann who portrays the life of a man suffering through premature balding.
