The Box Office is currently lit up all the movies that are on display for the audiences. Housefull 4, Marjaavaan and Bala are just three of the plethora of options on display for movie buffs.
Talking about the business that all three of these movies have done so far is immense. Speaking of Housefull 4 first, the movie headlined by Akshay Kumar, Kriti Kharbanda, Kriti Sanon, Pooja Hegde, Ritesh Deshmukh, and Bobby Deol has already crossed 200 crores at the box office.
As per the latest reports, the movie added 30 lacs on its fourth Tuesday which helped the film to a total of Rs203.38 crores in 4 weeks which makes it the fourth highest-earning film of 2019.
Elsewhere, Bala by Ayushmann Khurana has also managed to weave its magic at the box office. Starring Yami Gautam and Bhumi Pednekar in lead roles, the movie looks all but set to enter into the 100 crore club very soon. Directed by Amar Kaushik the movie as per reports, added 2.05 crores to its earnings on Tuesday, propelling it to a total of Rs. 95.04 crores.
Having already crossed the 100 crore mark in worldwide collection Bala looks promising to break more records at the box office.
Speaking of records one movie that looks a serious contender to Bala’s crown is Marjaavaan that stars Sidharth Malhotra and Tara Sutaria in lead roles. Ritesh Deshmukh is seen as a negative role in the film but the movie has kept cash registers ringing since the first day of its release.
Directed by Milap Zaveri the film made Rs. 7.03 crores on its first day and has been on a roll ever since. On Tuesday, the movie saw a slight drop in its box office collection as it made just Rs. 3.61 crores which propelled its total earnings to Rs. 32.18 crores in 5 days.
