With lockdown across the country, everyone inside and no place of entertainment open, Bollywood took a halt as well. After a six long months of self quarantine, the Bollywood celebrities are finally getting back to the sets and completing their work commitments. That’s what Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor too are up to. The duo is all set to resume work for their upcoming movie ‘Brahmastra’.
The actors have reportedly started dubbing for the movie. Ranbir and Alia have been visiting a dubbing studio in Bandra where they are completing the dubbing and post production work. While Ranbir and Alia were there on Thursday to complete the dubbing, director Ayan Mukherjee has been coordinating with his post-production team to finish work on footage that has been filmed.
The reports suggest that other than dubbing and editing, the team is also working on a series of short videos that would be released one by one before a few days of movie release. The short videos will lead the audience in the world the Brahmastra.
Director Ayan Mukherjee will reportedly unite the cast once again to complete the final leg of the filming. It is said that the movie has a 10 to 12 days schedule in place. During this schedule, a few scenes and a song featuring the lead will be filmed. Veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan is expected to be a part of this final schedule and has to film a few scenes with Ranbir Kapoor.
After postponing the release date for several times, the makers have finally decided to release the movie on December 4, 2020. There has been no changes in the date even with theatres being closed for a while now. Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Dimple Kapadia, Nagarjuna Akkineni and Mouni Roy are in key roles in the movie.
