Chunky Panday, the versatile actor from 80s and 90s may not be a big name today but he was a star back then. The actor whose real name is Suyash Pandey is making a comeback in movies with various roles. He celebrates his birthday today, and on the occasion, we take a look at his love life, how he met his wife Bhavna and how they got married.
Chunky remains a household name in Bangladesh where he has a big fan following due to his work in Bengali movies. He is rumoured to be entering the show Big Boss 13 as a participant, but more on that later.
The actor before meeting his wife Bhavna was known to be dating former VJ and Miss India Anu Kottoor. The couple were together for almost two years before they decided to get engaged. However, things went downhill from there, and they decided to call it quits. Chunky was at the peak of his career at that time.
Soon after separating with Anu, Chunky’s career came at a standstill. He said he needed some tough love and that’s when Bhavna entered his life. During his earlier career, the actor never believed marriage would sort his life, however, now he says that he’s glad to have married Bhavna at the right time.
Wedding bells came ringing when he least expected, but he is grateful that marriage and kids helped him a great deal from overcoming his troubles. The couple has two daughters Ananya and Rysa. While Ananya made her debut in films earlier this year, Rysa is still young.
As for Chunky and his wife, they run a restaurant together in the suburbs of Mumbai. The couple also has other business interests and owns a stage show company in Mumbai.
Nowadays, Chunky is rumoured to be participating in the upcoming season of Big Boss. There has been no confirmation as of yet, but him entering the house would guarantee entertainment for the audiences. On a related note, Happy Birthday Chunky Panday.
