Actress Fatima Sana Shaikh made her smashing big screen debut in Aamir Khan starrer ‘Dangal’ along with Sanya Malhotra. The sports biopic based on wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat and his family shattered many Box Office records and was widely appreciated. Fatima herself was lauded by the critics for her performance in the film, the best start to a film career, one could ask for.

While not many people know, Fatima was actually a child artist in the film Chachi 420. In fact, recently she shared 5 pictures from her childhood, including one from the sets of Chachi 420!

She would then go on to star in Dangal and later reunited with Aamir Khan for Thugs on Hindostan. While her second film wasn’t a big success on the box office she did show a few glimpses of what to expect from her. Most recently, the actress was seen in a traditional desi look at the airport. She happily posed for shutterbugs and looked minty fresh in her baby pink kurta and white palazzo pants with dupatta. Check out her pictures here:

The actress decided to step out in traditional attire and it would be fair to say that she looks drop dead gorgeous. Earlier, the actress had been constantly linked to Aamir Khan, and she was openly critical towards those people who were spreading such rumors. In an interview with a magazine, she said, “It disturbs me because I don’t want people to assume wrong things. Agar main asliyat mein haraami hoon toh people should see my asliyat. But if I’m not, I don’t want them to see me as a bad person.

However, Fatima has now understood that such link-ups are a part and parcel of being in the entertainment industry. “But I’ve learnt to ignore it. Yet, there are some days when I do get affected,” she said.

On the work front, Fatima will be seen next in Anurag Basu’s as-yet-untitled film opposite Rajkummar Rao. The film is rumored to be a sequel of Life In A Metro.
