Deepika Padukone to resume filming for her upcoming Shakun Batra’s movie in Goa

One of the most graceful and elegant of the Bollywood industry is Deepika Padukone. Due to the pandemic, all the filming of movies and shows had stopped. Now after the lockdown has been released, most of the movies and shows are getting back to their routine and have started filming again.

We heard of many stars resuming their work and the next in line is Deepika Padukone. Helmed by Shakun Batra, Deepika Padukone is all set to resume her work and start filming for it. She was filming in Goa but had to return to Mumbai for some personal reasons.

Now, as per the reports we have come to know that today she will be returning to the set for resuming her filming. We came to know a few days back that when Deepika was in Mumbai, the makers were filming for those portions of the movie which has Ananya Panday and Siddhant Chaturvedi.

A few days back, we also saw Siddhant shared pictures from Goa. He was looking very excited in the pictures. Though the filming of the movie has started the name of the movie has not been decided yet.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Deepika Padukone was last seen in Chhappak directed by Meghna Gulzar. He will be next seen in 83, a sports film about India’s victory at the 1983 Cricket World Cup, starring Ranveer Singh as Kapil Dev, in which she will also take on the role of Dev’s wife, Romi.

Padukone will also produce and star in a remake of the American comedy film The Intern and will team with Prabhas in an as-yet-untitled science fiction film.
