In yet another interesting weekend episode of Zee Comedy Show, actors Ravi Kishan, Rakhi Sawant and composer Anu Malik graced the show, entertaining the audience with their antics. While the viewers chortled at the humorous performance of the comedians, it was on Rakhi Sawant that their eyes were glued on, as she recalled her days of struggle.

Reminiscing, she said “At the start of my career, I used to audition for anything and everything that I heard about. There was a time when even though I was not called for a particular audition, I would enter their office and request them to take my audition. My mother had told me that there would be a lot of struggle, but one day I could be like Helen, Madhuri Dixit or Sridevi.” She also talked about how she used to survive on a paltry meal of dal every day in order to get toned.

Rakhi expressed her heartfelt gratitude to Farah Khan and Shah Rukh Khan, owing her kickstart in Bollywood to them, with Main Hoon Na.

Farah Khan was in awe of Rakhi Sawant and said, “I have given two megastars to the industry, one is Deepika Padukone, and the other is Rakhi Sawant. Both of them are great actors, but I have to say that Rakhi was the most punctual, hard-working, well-behaved, and respectful girl on the sets of Main Hoon Na and I love her for that.”

Our sources tried to contact Deepika but she was unavailable for comment.
