During a recent media talk, when the dashing boy was questioned on being acknowledged as Shahid Kapoor’s brother and not by his name, he gave a heart-melting answer to it. While sharing his viewpoint on the same, he stated, “I never feel irked by the fact that I am often recognized as his brother. To be honest, I came into the public eye at a young age of 15 and have been associated with this tag since then. That image has lived longer than the independent actor that I am now.”

During the same conversation, Khatter also shared all about his relationship with Shahid Kapoor. The young actor disclosed that he has learned a lot of things about movies, and his outlook has also changed over the years after sharing thoughts with his elder brother.

He stated, “Initially, I would always be discussing with him about his choices of films and the roles he has done, to get a perspective and learn more about films. It’s because we are passionate about the same thing, I find myself very fortunate to go up to him, sit with him and learn from his experiences. It helps a lot.”

Ishaan said that Shahid and his value system encourage him a lot. He further admired Shahid for his concentration on the slighter details of each and every character that he has donned in the past. He added, “I have learnt a plethora of things from him. He has a lot of strong qualities that I look up to and admire. He has held up to a certain value system that has made him the person he is today. He is focused.”
