Genelia D’Souza lauds Riteish Deshmukh’s film Marjaavaan, Karan Johar too rings in wishes

Riteish Deshmukh, Tara Sutaria, Sidharth Malhotra and Rakul Preet Singh’s film Marjaavaan hit the theatres earlier today and the movie has already received plaudits from various celebrities. Leading the bandwagon of wishes was Riteish’s wife Genelia D’Souza who hailed the movie on Twitter where she appreciated not just her husband but every lead actor in the film.

She wrote, “Marjaavaan a film I totally enjoyed.. Milap Zaveri, soooo proud of you.. Sidharth Malhotra you were exceptional, Tara Sutaria n Rakul Preet so amazing in playing your parts and Riteish teach me to be an actor like you, how do you manage to ace every genre??”

Acknowledging his wife’s comment, Riteish had a sweet yet hilarious reply, he wrote, “Uffff! Yeh toh tareef aur partiality dono ki height ho gayi – thank you Baiko.”

Moreover, filmmaker Karan Johar too lavished praise on the actors as he wrote, “Marjaavan is full on masala entertainment!!!! Dhamakedar dialogues and the love story hits the spot! Sidharth Malhotra owns the “hero” and is so superb! Riteish is amazing and plays the antagonist with so much flair! Tara is gorgeous and makes you feel the emotional beats! WINNER!”

The appreciation didn’t end there as Tv actor, host and comedian Maniesh Paul too had kind words for the film. He wrote, “Saw Marjaavaan !!superb! Sidharth Malhotra is the new action hero!! Milap Zaveri sir aap kamaal ho!! Riteish bro u r just excellent be it any role!! 3 foot ka dhamaka!! Tara Sutaria im in love wt u after the movie!! Rakul Preet great job!!”

The movie directed by Milap Zaveri has been receiving a lot of appreciation which should reflect on the Box Office as well. Earlier in Thursday makers of the film held a screening which was attended by various actors such as Sonakshi Sinha, Urvashi Rautela, Maniesh Paul, Nora Fatehi, Jackky Bhagnani, T Series’ Bhushan Kumar’s wife and actor Divya Khosla Kumar and Fatima Sana Shaikh.”
