I decided that if I wanted to achieve my weight goals, I will have to take time off from work. It would need to be a substantial length of time. 6 months to a year.”

For his fat to fit journey, Ram chose the 16/8 diet. The 16/8 hour diet is a non-restrictive diet that allows you to eat anything and everything during an 8-hour window in a day, and for the remaining 16 hours, you have to fast.
Now, if you think that 16 hours is a long time to not eat anything, it is not that difficult. You can make your eating window from 9 am to 5 pm and have a proper healthy breakfast, along with lunch and snacks till 5 pm. You will just have to skip your dinner and your fast will continue overnight.
Or the other option, which is easier than the first one, is that you skip your breakfast and have a healthy lunch and dinner along with some healthy snacks throughout the day.
