Recently, Sameera Reddy took to her Instagram account and shared an inspirational post and asked people to be positive about their body and accept the changes that take place inside their body. She narrated her own experience saying that she put on a lot of weight during her pregnancy and had become 105 Kgs. She felt frustrated and broken subsequent to losing the ideal and flawless body that she made and felt lost when people judged her. However, with her second pregnancy, the actress became more confident and vocal about her body and its changes. She decided to help out new moms as she feels that putting on weight is nothing to be embarrassed about.
