We have been seeing the dancing talent of Bollywood’s actor Shahid Kapoor since his first film Ishq Vishq. The actor is one among a few brilliant dancer-actors of Bollywood. And now, when his brother Ishaan Khatter has marked his debut opposite Janhvi Kapoor with film Dhadak, his dancing talent is being compared to brother Shahid.
Well, Dhadk is doing great on box office and in 10 days earns Rs 63.39 crore. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh sharing the latest box office collection tweeted, “#Dhadak has a HEALTHY Weekend 2… Witnesses ample growth on Sat and Sun… In fact, Sun was double of Fri… Speeding towards ₹ 70 cr mark… [Week 2] Fri 2.61 cr, Sat 4.02 cr, Sun 5.20 cr. Total: ₹ 63.39 cr. India biz.”
When Shahid’s brother Ishaan was asked, who is a better dancer? He replied by saying, “I can’t make [these comparisons] myself. I have learned so much from bhai just by being around him that I just can’t do that.”
Ishaan as a young boy “often accompanying Shahid for rehearsals, song shoots, and various film events.” The Dhadak actor said, “Many times, I would end up learning his steps. He also used to teach me certain techniques. At that time, I wasn’t as trained as I am now.” He added, “more technically adept and trained than he.”
Beyond The Clouds actor further said, “Honestly, I don’t think I am a better dancer than bhai. We also share our music with each other. But he doesn’t listen to my music. I think I am a little more liberal and accepting.”
Ishaan added that he shares more about films with their mum, “Bhai is busy working so I have not watched too many films with him in recent times. But it’s one of the things we bond over besides dancing, family, and philosophy. But it means a great deal to me to make him proud.”
