Janhvi Kapoor is one talented faces of young Bollywood actresses and with Dhadak she won hearts of many and a has a huge fan following. It seems Janhvi is flying high on her professional front as after Karan Johar’s produced movie, she grabbed another one under the direction of her mentor Karan Johar. Yes, we are talking about Takht, a multi-starer movie. This film will show the ancient family drama set in the Mughal Era with the ensemble star cast of Ranveer Singh, Janhvi Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, Alia Bhatt, Anil Kapoor, and Bhumi Pednekar. Well, this can lift the career of Janhvi Kapoor.

And now the actress is making headlines for casting again in Dharma Productions film which is based on Indian Air Force pilot Gunjan Saxena, one of India’s first female combat aviators, who was posted in Kargil during the 1999 war. According to the Mumbai Mirror, Janhvi will be seen playing the role of Gunjan.

As per the source quote which said, “Janhvi has already begun her prep and has met Gunjan to understand her story and observe her mannerisms. The film is expected to go on the floors sometime next year. While Karan is producing the film, a director is yet to be finalised.”

We wonder Karan Johar’s films have witnessed some constant actresses like Alia Bhatt and Janhvi as it is seen that they are getting film under KJo’s production. However, we also love these talented and versatile actresses and would love to see their performances in upcoming movies. Talking about Alia Bhatt, she is busy in the shooting of Brahmastra under the Dharma Productions alongside boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan, and Mouni Roy. It is one of the costliest film bankrolled by Karan Johar.

On the other hand, Janhvi was quoted as saying during an interaction with media that she still can’t believe that she has been signed for Takht and the actress herself seems very excited about the same.
