Kangana Ranaut to essay Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi on her biopic, warm-up begins

Kangana Ranaut has warmed up herself to play the lead role in the biopic ‘Emergency’ of Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.

As her Instagram post implies, she made a body scan in order to  ‘get into the skin of Indira Gandhi’. She writes, “Body scans for film Emergency, time to get into Madam Prime Minister Indira Gandhiji’s skin,”

She also updates a video detailing the pre-production works in her production house, Manikarnika Films. Sai Kabir is in terms to collaborate with his direction. He made his experience working with Kangana in Revolver Rani.  Kabir is also making Tiku Weds Sheru to contribute to a streaming platform. The film is going to be assisted by Manikarnika Films.

Kangana also keeps updating her fans with the upcoming on her social media handles actively.

There are many films that are lined up to be screened. Thalaivi is one of the most awaited films which is based on late Tamil Nadu chief minister J Jayalalithaa. After the film got ‘U certificate’ Kangana shared her thoughts saying “Thalaivi’ gets U certificate in Tamil version…it means after Queen and Manikarnika: Queen of Jhansi one more film of mine which even children can enjoy with parents and grandparents.”
