Kangana Ranaut reaches Khar police station for recording statement reagrding anti-Sikh post case

As per the latest report Queen actress, Kangana Ranaut reached the police station for questioning in the anti-Sikh post case after missing to appear before the Khar Police station on December 22.

Ms. Ranaut looked gorgeous as always in a floral printed white sari with a sleeveless blouse, a pearl necklace and cool shades.

As we all know, earlier this month, the police had issued a notice to Kangana for questioning. The actress failed to appear on December 22, and her lawyer sought another date for appearance. Also, the city police told the Bombay High Court that they would not arrest the actress till January 25, 2022, on her social media post that lined farmers’ protests with separatist groups.

The city police had made the statement after the High Court said the issue involved Kangana’s fundamental right to free speech and grant her some ad-interim relief.

The FIR was registered against the actress made by the members of Sikh body as her Instagram post portrayed farmers’ protest on Delhi borders as Khalistan movement. Reportedly, the police booked her on charges of hurting the community’s religious sentiments under section 295-A of the Indian Penal Code.
