Bollywood is all about stardom, glamour, and fame, but how does it all come, it’s when you do well at the Box Office…isn’t this sufficient for a star to hike up his or her pay scale. Well, it’s better to stay tight-lipped on that note. The actors who are already established like Big-B, Khans, and Khiladi Kumar are among the top paid actors of b-town and it’s totally wrong to compare them with the upcoming rising stars at least on the pay scale.

In a recent interview with Anupama Chopra, Karan Johar had a very realistic conversation regarding the young stars of the cinema world who have done just 4 to 5 films, the producer on that note said, “They’re all crazy! Crazy, with a capital ‘C’. They’re cuckoo, many of them…Just because their two films do well suddenly it’s all me, myself and I…All these wonderful actors – Rajkummar Rao and Ayushmann Khurrana and Vicky Kaushal – I hope they are solid and sensible about their monetary choices.”

Young actors like Ayushmann Khurrana, Vicky Kaushal, Rajkumar Rao, and even Kartik Aryan is also on the list of those actors who have asked more money for doing movies. Reportedly Ayushmann Khurrana’s new market-rate after the two back to back successful movies in 2018 (Andha Dhun and Badhaai Ho) is pitching high.

An unnamed producer when approached Vicky Kaushal for a movie drops the plan after hearing his rate and said “Big producers like Karan Johar, Aditya Chopra, and Sajid Nadiadwala never discussed money with the biggest of stars. But the new stars first discuss money than the script.” Kartik Aryan has also raised his fees after the success of Pyar Ka Punchnama series and Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety.

We don’t the know about the inside world of the B-town, but still, it’s something beyond our imagination and thoughts…don’t you agree with me.
