Kareena Kapoor Khan shares a post of the elegant Duchess of Cambridge on her Instagram story in which Kate Middleton can be seen in her car while arriving for the funeral of Prince Phillip.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince William, and Kate Middleton reached St George’s Chapel 0n Windsor castle’s ground for the last rites of Prince Philip. Kate Middleton paid a tribute to the queen while attending the funeral by wearing a piece of jewelry. Which was gifted to Princess Diana, paired with all-black attire, dangling small pearl earrings, solemn and a four-row pearl choker.
The necklace features four strands of pearl and a diamond in between looked elegant with black attire, according to The Court Jeweler, the necklace piece was given by the Japanese government and made by Garrad.
Princess Diana was last seen wearing it during the visit to Bangladesh in the ’80s.
Some days back before the funeral, a heartwarming tribute was made by Prince William and Kate to Prince Philips, “I will always be grateful that my wife had so many years to get to know my grandfather and for the kindness, he showed her,” part of his note read. “I will never take for granted the special memories my children will always have of their great-grandpa coming to collect them in his carriage and seeing for themselves his infectious sense of adventure as well as his mischievous sense of humor!”
Prince Phillip died on April 9 at the age of 99 in Windsor Castle.
