Actress Kareena Kapoor Khan’s luxury car that was reported to be stolen was allegedly found to be in possession of fake antique dealer Manson Mavunkal, as per a new report that came out recently.
As per the same report, the police seized the car and as they checked the documentation, there were indications that the car may belong to the ‘Heroine’ actress. In the mentioned document, Randhir Kapoor’s name was written in the father’s column. Kareena, however, is yet to confirm the ownership of the car.
Fake antique dealer Manson Mavunkal, on numerous occasions, has been seen in the news, for quite a while now. He has allegedly conned many celebrities, politicians and other influential personalities by selling them local artifacts, which are made to look as antiques. The police have also reportedly managed to seize around 20 high-end car models that he held in his possession, one of which might belong to Kareena. Manson was arrested by the crime branch last Sunday.
In a statement that his driver gave, the con artist would keep swanky cars on display in front of his house, so as to attract more and more celebrities.
Kareena is currently shooting for ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’, the Indian adaptation of the Hollywood film, ‘Forrest Gump’, with Aamir Khan.
