We probably guess, leaving daggers drawn, Katrina and Deepika now share a healthy bond. Earlier, the entire nation knows that the two were having conflicts because of their past relationship experience but now things are in good terms. We all know when who’s who of Bollywood attended DeepVeer’s wedding reception and Katrina was one of the guests who graced the function.
Recently, the actress talks about the reception and said, “I think I need to control myself next time. But it was beautiful. It was a lovely reception, and everyone had a really nice time. They both looked absolutely lovely.” She further said, “I did dance the night away. I was one of the last people to leave, I must confess that. I think I also ate at least half of their chocolate fountain.”
Earlier, when the 35-year-old actress came on Koffee With Karan’s season 6, expressed her view that she will attend DeepVeer’s wedding party if she gets invited and so happened. She confessed her wish on the show and said, “I might not be invited for any but that’s a separate thing. But in my mind, I’m looking forward to an invitation.”
The latest great thing happened is Katrina was followed by Deepika on Instagram which gives a clear signal that the two left the conflict and proved ‘Let the past be the past’.
On the same episode, Karan talked about the elephant in the room, that is Ranbir Kapoor’s relationship with Alia Bhatt and asked Katrina if it was difficult for her to maintain a cordial relationship with Alia, to this, Katrina said, “It isn’t tough for me to keep a good equation with Alia. Everyone needs to judge for themselves what’s best for them and how they want to handle their equations and their relationships. My equations with Alia is independent. My equation with Ranbir is independent and same with Deepika.”
On the professional front, Katrina is all set for her upcoming movie Zero, helmed by Anand L Rai which also features Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma in the lead role, while actress Deepika Padukone who is just not over with her wedding world will soon be seen in an untitled movie based on real-life story of an acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal.
