Katrina Kaif reveals her workout routine online and it’s time to get up take notes get working

Bollywood diva Katrina Kaif is one of the fittest actors in her age bracket. Time and again Katrina can be seen sharing various fitness secrets with her fans, and recently posted her workout routine in her Instagram stories given to her by celebrity fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala.

Not only does the Bharat actress endorse and support a healthy lifestyle, but she also motivates her fans to take up a fitness routine. Part of the same was her most recent Instagram story, where Katrina posted her fitness routine which being honest, is incredibly amazing. To keep her body toned and that svelte figure in shape, the actress puts in a lot of hard work which was evident.


In the photo, Katrina was proud to share that she does various tough exercises such as the likes of reverse lunges, jump squat, walking lunge, boxing jumps, sumo squats, deadlifts, burpees, mountain climber to name a few, but there is no gain without pain right.

Earlier, at an event, the 36-year-old actress shared her opinion on fitness. She said, “It is important to know what works for you, but remember you only have one body to live this life in, just make sure that you are taking care of it the best you can because it is going everywhere with you.”

When the media contacted Katrina’s trainer Yasmin, she spoke very highly of the actress. Yasmin enthused, “She is a very hardworking girl. She left the set at 7 pm (her call time was 8-8.15 am), pack up and come straight to the gym at 10.30-11 pm in the night, and stay till past midnight and then go back to the sets by 8 am the next day and shoot the song. Katrina is at the best fitness level in her life right now.”

Meanwhile, on the work front, Katrina will next be seen alongside Akshay Kumar in Rohit Shetty’s directorial Sooryavanshi will release next year.
