For this movie, the Luka Chuppi actress has gained around 15 kilos and it was a difficult task for her. While interacting with a media channel, she talked about how she gained weight and how she prepared herself for doing this.
Kriti revealed that as she has a high metabolism, it was very difficult to gain weight. For this, she stopped doing exercising, going to the gym and she even stopped doing yoga. This helped her gain a little weight gradually.
And when it comes to changing eating habits, it was not that easy for her. Kriti said she started eating heavy food even in the breakfast to gain calories faster. She used to had poori-halwa with chana in breakfast to increase the calorie intake.
But after a certain point, she got tired of eating so much heavy food and she said — ‘Though I enjoyed initially, later I had to force myself to eat as I had lost interest in food. In fact, when I used to not feel hungry, I used to eat a cheese slice.’
