In this situation, we all have to stay at home and thus many of us are not able to do physical exercises. Also, to stay away from being infected, it is advised to eat healthily and boost your immunity more and more.

To stay healthy, our B-town celebrities have something to suggest to us. So, let’s check it out:

  •  Alia Bhatt:

Amid the lockdown, actress Alia Bhatt made the paleo banana bread. Basically, it is a grain-free bread which is inspired by the Palaeolithic lifestyle, as it is healthy and has a lot of dietary benefits. The paleo bread is low in calorie and carbs as well as rich in protein and fiber. It does not include gluten, grain, dairy, soy or yeast.

  •       Ayushmann Khurrana:

Ayushmann suggested Sattu shake which includes Sattu powder mixed with buttermilk. This drink is rich in protein, iron and fiber and it reduces stomach problems and improves the bowel movement.

  •       Karishma Tanna:

Actress Karishma Tanna shared a recipe for a green juice which includes cucumber, amla, spinach and lemon. She said that this drink has a lot of benefits including weight loss and good hair. The juice is rich in iron and vitamin C.

  •       Malaika Arora:

Malaika is known for her fitness and good health and she advised to have a healthy recipe which she named ‘Malabari veg stew for the soul’. The actress prepared the recipe and had it with white rice and gluten-free vegan chickpea bread.

  •       Kriti Sanon:

Amid the lockdown, Sanon baked a quinoa oats banana cake. The cake she prepared with quinoa was gluten-free and rich in protein and fiber as well.
