While casually talking with her co-judges and friends Terence Lewis and Geeta Kapur, the fitness diva Malaika Arora just revealed the daily schedule that helps her keep the body fit. She is a disciplined follower of yoga and regular gym exercises.
The entertainer revealed that she is a follower of intermittent fasting, heavy workout and yoga. She further added that she never skips the yoga schedule and focuses on what she is eating after doing the exercises. While talking about fitness, she revealed to her co-judge Geeta that Yoga keeps her body fit and she also focuses on doing planned exercises by the trainer.
