Mumbai’s Street Food Vendor Enthralls Netizens With His ‘Flying Vada Pavs’

Days after a Mumbai dosa vendor amused all with his food-flipping skills, another man is going viral — this time a vada pav vendor in Mumbai is getting attention online or his technique. A vada pav stall possessor in the city of Mumbai has become the hottest topic all over the web. The dosa vendor pleased each and every person with his food-flipping talents.

The vendor’s unique tactic of tossing the vada and creating Mumbai’s most loving and popular street snack with a special twist is in the trends. The man has been recognized as Raghu Dosawala online. Raghu Dosawala runs a stall at Bora Bazar, Mangesh Shenoy Street.

In the video recording posted by the popular YouTube channel Aamchi Mumbai, Raghu Dosawala can be witnessed flying the vada in the air by making use of his long spatula and then grasping it using his hand, before crisping it.

The man in the video recording can be witnessed making the super special and popular dish, frying the masala and crisping the buns in a full chunk of butter! Then, he garnishes the vadas with not just sliced salad but loads of cheese.

The said shop has been in business for more than 60 years, and he is the second generation possessor serving food buffs for over 32 years. As the video recording started doing rounds all over the web, it also generated gags, with some saying “next time food will be tossed directly into mouth of the customer”.

The video recording shared on Youtube by Aamchi Mumbai has gathered 235,357 views in just two days!
