Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani’s son, Akash Ambani exchange vows with Shloka Mehta in a grand ceremony on March 9, 2019, at Jio Word Centre in Mumbai. At the wedding, it was Akash Ambani’s mother who took our attention and gave a tough competition to her daughter-in-law, Shloka.
On March 9, 2019, Nita Ambani chose a masterpiece ensemble by Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla. The mother of the bridegroom looked glamorous and mesmerizing in her beige ghagra which was teamed with a green-hued jewelry. Taking it to Instagram, the duo designer posted Nita’s pictures and revealed about the details. The post reads, “Nita Ambani wears an ethereal Ghaghra in beige. Featuring intricate pearl and metal embroidery, large motifs and exquisite borders on the hem. Her blouse is composed of multiple borders. Talking about the baraat, Nita donned a beautiful lehenga from designer, Sabyasachi Mukherjee. The designer lehenga was more in highlight because it had her son, Akash, and bahu, Shloka’s name embroidered on her blouse with ‘Shubhaarambh’ in the center.
On March 9, 2019, the Amabanis organized a post-wedding bash for Akash and Shloka’s wedding. On the big occasion, Nita’s gracious dance move set the stage on fire. Akash and Shloka’a wedding festivities commenced on March 6, 2019, by Anna Seva Programme, in all the orphanages and old age homes in the city. On March 12, 2019, Nita Ambani and Mukesh Ambani organized a special bash, as an expression of gratitude and respect for the people who make the city and nation safe, and for their blessings for the newly-married couple, Akash and Shloka.
On the occasion, Nita Ji opened up and said, “We feel delighted and honored that the protectors of this city and the nation are joining us in our celebrations.
