He was given the role of Salim the brother of the lead actor Jamaal in Danny Boyle’s ‘Slumdog Millionaire’. He was chosen from a pool of 300 children and was just 10 years of age. With his stellar performance, he ruled millions of hearts.

His mom, Shameema, uncovered that Azharuddin couldn’t acclimate to the living conditions of the slums and has been recovering there. She likewise expressed that he endured a misfortune when he invested in a business. Her mother even revealed that he is in a bad company and has lost all his stardom.
