It was during the year 2004 that well-known actor Pankaj Tripathi made entry to the Hindi film industry with a small character in the movie Run. But, it was his character in the flick Gangs of Wasseypur that lastly got the viewers to stand up and notice his ability. Since then, the actor has carried on giving one brilliant performance one after the other and in actual fact, he even bagged the National Film Honor.

In addition to these prominent performances, however, Pankaj has left his mark in movies as well as shows you may have missed, but should know about.

  1. Dharm

The front-runner of 2007 National Film Honor for the best film on national integration, Dharm had Supriya Pathak and Pankaj Tripathi donning the character of supporting actor as Suryaprakash.

In the year 2008, the flick was considered to be the movie that assisted parallel cinema making a comeback in Bollywood. Featuring Big B, Ranvir Shorey, and Naseeruddin Shah, the movie was an exclusive take on the renowned Don story.
