Parineeti Chopra, the bubbly girl who was last seen in Namaste England and recently celebrated her 30th Birthday is busy with her hectic schedules. The girl has recently opted out from her upcoming movie Life in a Metro sequel. Going by the reports, the reason that she put forward is her busy schedule and conflicting timings with the unavailability of dates. Even she liked the script and was eagerly wanting to be the part of the movie but cannot do the same as many dates are committed to Jabariya Jodi and Kesari reshoot,  so she finally drops from Metro sequel.

A source told Deccan Chronicle, “The film needs 15 more days of shooting with Akshay and the rest of the cast. And a set has to be prepared for that. We could not do anything during the monsoons because it is an outdoor schedule, and we were waiting for a combination of dates when Akshay and the film’s other actors would be available.”

Ace filmmaker Anurag Basu had revealed that he is gearing up for the sequel to one of his best films – Life In A Metro – a multi starrer that released on May 11, 2007, seems to have expected something like this to happen, as he recently said, “It is difficult to lock in on an ensemble cast for a film because you need combination dates that work for all the actors. It is tough because the actors’ calendars are full.”

The previous movie also had an ensemble cast. The film starred Kangana Ranaut, Shilpa Shetty, Konkana Sen Sharma, Nafisa Ali, Dharmendra, Shiney Ahuja, Kay Kay Menon, Sharman Joshi, and Irrfan Khan.

We are just waiting for the filmmaker to give an official disclosure of the film casts as due to their filled calenders, he is unable to decide whom to cast for the sequel.
