On Tuesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi interacted with 2,000 school students and teachers at Talkatora Stadium at New Delhi’s at the second edition of Parikhsha Par Charcha 2.0. PM, Modi discussed the way to cope up with stress among all the students of Class 10 and 12th who are having their board examination after two months.
For the first time, the students from all over the country got an opportunity to participate in the event. According to a statement of the Union Ministry of Human Resource, the gala event also had college students from 24 states and Union territories. Across 675 students from the country arrived in Delhi for the programme.
The event also included a cultural programme for 10 minutes where the winners of the Kala Utsav participated. Also, a short film by the Education Ministry was screened to highlight the major steps that have been taken since last year’s Pariksha Par Charcha to reduce examination-related stress.
On January 8, the Union HRD Minister, Prakash Javadekar, had announced the second edition of ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’. The government invited the students to register on MyGov app or website to attend the session. And for this time, aprt from students of class 9th to 12th, college students who are indulged in their undergraduate and graduate courses and are below the age of 25 were also allowed to participate in the event.
At Pariksha Pe Charcha 2.0, the students from countries like Russia, Nigeria, Iran, Nepal, Doha, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Singapore were seen at the programme.
