As Priyanka Chopra Walks Out From Bharat, Disha Patani Revealed Her Character’s Name

Priyanka Chopra disappointed the director, producer and other team members of Bharat as she suddenly left the project. There is a report that she engaged with Nick Jonas and that is the reason she left the Bharat alongside Salman Khan. Many people associated with the project are unhappy with her sudden decision for leaving the film and one of the producers of the film even call her unprofessional.

But, Ali Abbas Zafar, the director of the film happily announced on his Twitter handle and congratulated her. He wrote, “Yes Priyanka Chopra is no more part of @Bharat_TheFilm & and the reason is very very special, she told us in the Nick of time about her decision and we are very happy for her … Team Bharat wishes @priyankachopra loads of love & happiness for life”.

After all the hustle-bustle created by Priyanka, Disha Patani took to social media accounts shared her look and the name of her character in the film Bharat. She revealed a picture in which she is sporting a new hairdo with brown soft curls and in her hand, there is the piece of cloth over which her character’s name is written Radha and she captioned it simply and wrote: #Bharat.

Disha Pantani will play a trapeze artist in the movie and for her role, she is taking formal training. Disha, who is still the part of the film said, “I’m excited to be a part of Bharat, it’s like a dream come true to get an opportunity to work with Salman sir and I can’t wait for the journey to begin. I am a big fan of Ali Abbas sir’s work”.

Talking about the film’s plot, Ali had earlier told, “Since the story spans over a period of 70 years, there will be many historical references. It is essentially about a man who lives through several significant moments from India’s past to present. We are currently working on the film’s pre-production and details will be announced once we are in a position to talk about them.”
