In connection with the adult film racket investigation, Raj Kundra, who was taken into custody in July 2021, has now been charged by the Enforcement Directorate. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has reportedly opened an investigation against Shilpa Shetty’s husband and businessman Raj Kundra in connection with the adult film racket case that came to light the previous year, as stated in a recent article published in India Today. For the information of those who are unaware, Kundra was taken into custody by the Mumbai Police in July 2021 and held there for close to two months.

The ED is said to have filed a case against Kundra after conducting an investigation into the financial dealings that were associated with the scam. The Enforcement Directorate has looked into not just Kundra’s business dealings but also those of everyone else involved. Reports say that a complaint against Kundra was filed last week after all of the accused’s information was gathered.

A report said that the ED may start interrogating Kundra as soon as next week, despite the fact that there is no confirmation on when he would be called. Many people, including Kundra, have been accused of defrauding aspiring models and actresses with the promise of giving parts in web series or Bollywood films as part of the adult film racket investigation. Kundra is one of the individuals who have been implicated in this case.

It has been stated that these wannabe actors and models were forced into shooting pornographic film material under the cover of auditioning for a position in a Bollywood film. According to earlier allegations, these performers were also intimidated if they refused to film the naked sequences that were required of them. These adult films were filmed on locations such as Madh Island or close to Aksa in Malad in leased bungalows or flats. After the recordings were recorded, they were posted to paid membership applications, which, according to reports, were being operated by Raj Kundra and his friends. Raj Kundra has maintained a low profile in the public eye ever since he was released on bail. In fact, whenever Raj Kundra goes outside, he completely hides by putting on a sweatshirt and a full-face mask.
