Well-known diva Rakul Preet Singh thinks that love is everything. She also believes in the institution of marriage, and said that she doesn’t comprehend how people call it as “some sort of pressure”.
While talking about her personal life, she said: “I have changed as a person. What I was isn’t what I am, and for me, the meaning of love is what I see in my parents. I totally believe in the institution of marriage and love, and I think it is beautiful. I don’t understand how people think of this as some sort of pressure. When you love someone, you love them with all your heart and that’s the kind of person I am.”
She also shared the main qualities that she wants in a guy. She said, most importantly, he must be tall that even in her heels, she should still be equal to looking up to her man. The other important quality is that he must have a great understanding, and lastly some purpose in life.
The beautiful diva also stated that she always wished to join the acting world. Her dream was to become an actress. She said, “I started on this path at a very early age with modelling, when I was 18. Eventually, I did my first film to earn some pocket money, and early on I got noticed. I received a call for my first break in the Kannada industry.”
While sharing the facts on priorities, she stated that she thought of doing this appropriately only once she finished her education. She said no to a lot of films and accepted smaller roles in films as she was falling short of attendance and thus had to cover up.
On Zee Cafe show, “Starry Nights Gen Y,” she stated, “I’m a person who can only do or venture into something that I am passionate about. So, the order of importance is films first, then fitness and food — the 3 F’s of my life.”
Now there are reports that the actress, who had turned vegan this year, has joined hands with Million Dollar Vegan to gift 4000 vegan servings of food in Mumbai’s Dharavi slum areas. According to a report, with Rakul’s backing, 1000 meals on a daily basis will get served on July 11, 12, 18 and 19 across Dharavi Slums by the Million Dollar Vegan squad. The report added that the menu will comprise masoor biryani with veggies.
The cause of this initiative is also to progress people’s familiarity and to create alertness about the ongoing problem. Million Dollar Vegan is a non-profit organization that supports world leaders and individuals to take a vegan pledge to protect the health, planet and animals.
