Bollywood star Ranveer Singh turned 35 on July 6. He got immense love and blessings from his loving family members, industry friends, co-actors, and above all, his keen fans. On his big day, his fans dedicated a special anthem to the superstar.
The rap song gets inspiration from his avatar as a rapper in 2019’s super-hit project “Gully Boy”. The rap, produced by the actor’s fan club in Ahmedabad, discusses the actor’s journey from his debut movie “Band Baaja Baraat” to his last project “Gully Boy”.
“The fans of Ranveer are really inspired by him. They relate to his journey, his story and they feel that Ranveer is one of them who has made it big in Bollywood through his sheer acting talent. The wanted to celebrate him on his birthday and came up with the idea of the anthem. This is the first anthem composed for any young superstar ever and it has been sung in Ranveer’s ‘Gully Boy’ style,” a source said.
The source added that the special anthem was proposed in a span of four months. In spite of India being in lockdown mode, the buffs crooned and created it to meet the deadline of the launch that was Ranveer’s birthday.
Popular for his extreme splendor, Ranveer made an entry in Bollywood in the year 2010 with romantic comedy movie “Band Baaja Baaraat”. He worked in many hits like “Goliyon Ki Rasleela: Ram-Leela”, “Lootera”, “Dil Dhadakne Do”, “Bajirao Mastani” , “Padmaavat”, “Simmba” and “Gully Boy”.
