Sachin Tendulkar’s son Arjun Tendulkar is a real prodigy. Unlike his father, Arjun has become a pacer and has been making quick strides in following his father’s footsteps. Recently, though, Tendulkar junior was seen helping England batsmen at nets ahead of their crunch clash against Australia in the World Cup 2019.
England, who started the World Cup 2019 as favorites to win the title, have lost two matches to Pakistan and Sri Lanka and now need to win at least two of their remaining three games to advance to the knockout stage.

The Three Lions’ remaining three matches are against fellow semifinals contenders India, Australia, and New Zealand. England though has not won against any of these sides since 1992. Today’s game though presents an opportunity to make the record straight against Australia in a must-win game.
Meanwhile, Arjun, who is currently in England representing the MCC Young Cricketers XI last week wherein he took two wickets. Arjun, impressed with his bowling in the three-day Second-XI Championship contest in High Wycombe, was seen bowling in full tilt to the English batsmen, who are all set to take on arch-rivals and defending champions Australia at Lord’s on Tuesday.

Playing for MCC Young Cricketers, Arjun recently took two wickets against Surrey Second XI, including one off a beautiful delivery that was shown on a video on Twitter via Lord’s Cricket Ground.

In July 2018, Arjun was part of the India U-19 team that played the first Youth Test match against Sri Lanka. Last month, he participated in the Mumbai T20 League, playing for Aakash Tigers.
Elsewhere, all eyes will on the Lord’s Ground today, where England and Austalia go toe to toe. A win for the Aussies will propel them into the semis but a win for England keeps them on track for their journey ahead.
